MEMBERSHIP & OTHER FEES
(These are our Fees & Rates effective June 1, 2016 until further notice)
All first-time visitors and existing members will check in at the Registration Desk inside the Rec Center to obtain/verify/renew their membership and pay for the uses and/or accommodations they choose for their visit. All fees and accommodation rates are subject to state and local taxes.
A valid membership (purchased with a valid government-issued photo ID) is required to visit the retreat and to make a reservation for overnight accommodations including the camp site. This membership must be valid during the member's entire stay. All memberships are subject to 6.75% sales tax.
One year membership: $25 good for any 12-month period (renewals available for the same fee on or after the 12-month anniversary date).
Daily Pass: $8 per 8-hour visit from Monday-Thursday; $10 per 8-hour visit from Friday-Sunday; and $15 per 8-hour visit on designated Holidays and Special Event Days. This fee allows the member to enjoy all of the retreat's facilities and amenities including the indoor shower/toilet facilities and outdoor pool. The member's stay can be continued for an additional 8-hour period with payment of the applicable fee. This fee does NOT include access to any overnight accommodations unless noted below. All Daily Pass rates are subject to 6.75% sales tax. Note: this Daily Pass fee is waived if you rent a private locker or any of our accommodations during your visit.
Clothes Locker & Personal Items Lock Box Fees
Private Locker: $10 per locker per 8-hour visit from Monday-Thursday; $15 per locker per 8-hour visit from Friday-Sunday; and $18 per locker per 8-hour period on designated Holidays and Special Event days. Lockers are located inside the Rec Center where members may place their clothes and personal items. Members keep the key to their locker until they depart the retreat. The number of lockers is limited so they're available on a first-come, first-use basis; however, members can continue their use of their private locker for an additional 8-hour period with payment of the applicable fee.
Private Lock Box: $2 per lock box per 8-hour visit. Lock boxes are located in the Rec Center behind the Registration Desk. Members may place personal items in the lock box such as vehicle keys, cell phone, billfold, etc. which will be kept locked until the member's departure from the retreat. The number of lock boxes is limited so they're available on a first-come, first-use basis; however, members can continue their use of their private lock box for an additional 8-hour period with payment of the applicable fee.
Hostel Sleeping Cubicles
Hostel Sleeping Cubicle: The seven (7) Hostel Cubicles are located inside the Rec Center with its communal shower and restroom facilities. Each room has a raised built-in platform bed with a sheet-covered mattress and pillow and accommodates one person. A wall-mounted push light is in each cubicle and a clothes hook is provided on which to hang one's clothes; however, for an additional fee, members may want to rent a locker in which to store their clothes and/or a lock box in which to store their valuables (cell phone, tablet, car keys, billfold, etc.). Members retain the key to their private room until they depart the retreat. The number of Hostel Rooms is limited and are available on a first-come, first-use basis. However, they can be reserved in advance (along with campsites, RV sites, bunk room roll away beds and Pool House suites). The Rec Center has a microwave, small refrigerator, drinking water dispenser, soft drink vending machine and complimentary WiFi and morning coffee.
This is one of our hostel-style sleeping cubicles. It includes a raised sleeping platform with foam mattress plus pillow and all linens including blanket, a clothes hook, built-in wall shelf, wall-mounted reading lamp, trash can and locking door. The top is open to the room's ceiling so cooled or heated air circulates to all seven (7) cubicles.
